Using customer's drawings or sample rollers we can manufacture rollers using materials such as Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Aluminium, or Nylon. All parts are subject to a 100% inspection during and on completion to ensure our customer receives a roller as good as if not better than their original.

There are many coatings, which can be applied to rollers including rubber polyurethane and thermal sprayed metal powders again the specification of coating depends on our customers' requirements.

Roller Repair and Component Refurbishment

We understand the needs of our customers and recognise that rapid response to breakdowns is essential.

Following detailed inspection and general assessment of a roller's condition, either full or partial factory refurbishment can be carried out from journal end renewal to complete stripping and roll recovering.

Rollers are recovered to match the original compound.

Outside diameter and journal ends are precision ground to maintain roller concentricity.

Inspection standards also ensure that tolerances on the finished rollers of .012mm parallelity, dimensional and +/-0.12mm T.I.R. are achieved and that all bores and threaded holes are carefully checked.

Metal spraying using hypersonic or plasma techniques for the repairs of:

• Food and hygiene rollers
• Conveyor rollers etc

All worn or damaged components can be reclaimed using this process when applicable using:

• Chrome Steel
• Stellite
• Ceramic
