Using customer's drawings, or a sample roller we will manufacture complete new rollers in Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel. All rollers are covered in silicone compound from 40 shore to 80 shore, which is able to withstand temperatures of up to 260 °C.

The silicone compound is processed in a clean environment both during its production and whilst roller recovering ensuring it is free from contamination.

The roller recovering schedule incorporates a rigorous inspection procedure.

Inclusions in the roller surface are not permitted and strict quality control during final inspection ensures defect free rollers.

Roller outside diameters and journal ends are precision ground to maintain concentricity tolerances. Our inspection standards ensure that tolerances on finished rollers of 0.012mm on parallelism and +/- 0.012mm T.I.R. are achieved ensuring precise and accurate lamination.
