Fife Engineering is a family-run precision engineering company, established in 1958 and based in the North East of England. We support manufacturers across Tyne and Wear, Northumberland, County Durham, Yorkshire and Cumbria. We also have ongoing work across the wider UK, including regular projects in London.

Rubber Roller Manufacture & Repair

We manufacture and refurbish rubber and steel rollers for paper, textile, food, printing and packaging industries, including regrinding and journal end repairs.

Bespoke Roller Manufacturing

We manufacture bespoke rollers, working with customers to produce reliable solutions where standard rollers are not suitable.

Precision Engineering

We offer tailored precision engineering services supported by fully equipped CNC, NC and conventional milling, turning and grinding facilities.

Fabrication and Welding

We undertake small to large fabrication projects, supported by coded welders, full cutting facilities and sheet metalwork in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Polyurethane Rollers & Moulding

We manufacture and repair polyurethane rollers and components using fully equipped in-house moulding facilities.

Mechanical Engineering

We provide mechanical engineering services, supporting the manufacture, repair and assembly of components and equipment.

Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)

We offer wire EDM machining for complex, high-precision components, allowing accurate cutting of detailed shapes in conductive materials.

We deliver specialist engineering services backed by over 60 years of experience and in-house CNC and conventional machining capabilities.
