Since 1958 Fife Engineering has been keeping industry rolling, well known for our capabilities as a precision roller manufacturer and precision engineering company.
We also have a fully equipped fabrication and welding facility able to manufacture fabrications up to 7.5 tones.
Our welders are qualified to B.S.EN 287 and can confidently take on the highest quality projects.
Fife Engineering also offers site welding and fabrication to suit all our customers needs.
All our fabrications are manufactured at our 26,000 sq ft factory located within easy reach of the A1M, which offers easy access to all major roads.
We pride ourselves in the quality of our workmanship and subject all of our manufactured components to a 100% inspection in accordance with our I.S.O 9001:2000 accreditation. Precision Welding
We have the latest welding technology and highly qualified staff to operate it.
We can weld all common metals such as mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel
Tube and Pipe Work / Process Engineering
We can produce precision tube assemblies; These include all the required features such as formed or swaged joints, flanges and couplings. We also source all the couplings and fixtures and supply any machined components.
We also produce complex pipe work for the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and petro chemicals industries
Inspection
Inspection and quality assurance is a specific operation. Also our production software allows us to match customer specific procedures. We pride ourselves in the quality of our workmanship and can offer dye penetrant inspection if required. We subject all of our manufactured components to a 100% inspection in accordance with our I.S.O 9001:2000 accreditation
